Frequently asked questions

What space do I need to provide for Party Animals to attend my event?


Party Animals 2 U only require lawn space approximately 12'x12'




What happens if it rains?


Party Animals 2 U will bring a 10x10 canopy to help protect from the elements. However, if weather is predicted to have heavy winds, hail, and/or heavy snow fall, we will require rescheduling for the safety of the animals and event attendees.




What is required to book the Party Animals for my event?


Party Animals 2 U booking policy requires a $50 deposit at the time of booking. Once you select the date and time of your event on our website, we will contact you to arrange for payment. Your booking will be reserved for 7 days until payment is received. If payment is not received within the 7 day period, the booking will be released and available for other customers.




What if I need to reschedule or cancel my booking?


You can reschedule your booking at any time up until 7 days before the event. After 7 days you may still reschedule, but another $50 deposit will be required. All cancellations at any time forfeit the $50 deposit.




What if I want to book for an event on a day/time that is not open for booking on the website.


Please contact us with your event day/time details. If we are availble to meet your needs, we will love to book your event!




Do Party Animals attend day-long corporate or non-profit events?


Yes! Please contact us for special events you are planning! If we are available, we will try to attend!




What if I don't have lawn space?


Party Animals 2 U can also set up in a garage. We will provide necessary protection of your flooring as well as provide full clean up. Party Animals 2 U can also set up inside your home. However, the Party Animals are not "house trained" and we cannot guarantee there will be no accidents.




I want party animals for my event but I do not want to have Party Animals at my home. Can you accomodate me?


Party Animals 2 U provides an option for your event to be scheduled at the Party Animal Farm in Fall City, WA. (This is an option on the booking page) Please note that at the farm, there is NO bathroom facility and VERY LITTLE parking available. Party Animals 2 U can provide Party Animals at public or neighborhood only for special circumstances. Please contact us if this is your request and we can discuss your options.




How do I pay?


Event bookings require two payments: a $50 deposit at booking, and then the balance is due at the event. Both payments can be paid through secure payment options. We will email you after booking to confirm your booking and provide your payment options: Paypal or Venmo. At this time, Party Animals 2 U does not accept personal checks or payments online.
